John LeMoncheck Joins Keyssa as President

Campbell, Calif.  – May 26, 2019 – Keyssa®, a leader in high-speed, contactless connectivity, today announced the appointment of John LeMoncheck as president. In his role as president, John will oversee global operations, sales and marketing, finance, and R&D. John joins Keyssa after serving as a strategic advisor to a variety of startups and as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Vanedge Capital. Prior to the last two years advising startups, John led the acquisition of Cambrios Advanced Materials where he served as president and CEO.

Experienced at driving growth at both public and venture-backed business, John has been a leader of companies and business units across a wide variety of industries including, wireless and wired communications, consumer electronics, semiconductors, nanomaterials, smart toys and human interface devices. Prior to his work at Cambrios and SiBEAM. John was VP and GM of the CE and PC/Display division of Silicon Image and lead the design, launch, and high-volume production of the first HDMI semiconductors in the market.

John currently serves on the board of directors of Userful Corporation and has been a member of various trade organizations including the Global Semiconductor Alliance’s Emerging CEO Council, Chair of the Society for Information Display Digital Interfaces Symposium, and an invited speaker at the Stanford Executive Institute.  He holds a BSEE from UC San Diego and studied computation and neural systems at Caltech under Carver Mead.
