Responsibilities
- Provide laptop and desktop support to all Keyssa personnel. (Windows and Mac)
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, security and performance of internal/corporate systems and networks.
- Define, implement and manage all IT policies (consistent with corporate data security and trade secret policies)
- Management of all IT related corporate vendor relationships.
- Management of the exchange servers and users
- Management of all corporate IS systems.
- Provisioning and management of computer assets (Office, Exchange, anti-virus)
- Provisioning and management of phone, conference and video systems.
- Provisioning and management of network and VPN.
- Implement and build Keyssa Intranet and secure customer portal
- Hardware and software asset management, reporting and compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in an IT and user support role.
- 5+ years experience with Microsoft office and exchange, Apple computers in an office environment, cloud-based file management software (Sharepoint, Dropbox), and VoIP technologies.
- History of operating in a hands-on, fast-paced, high-growth technical environment.
- Extensive experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Extensive experience with configuring corporate networks (WAN, LAN, WLAN).
- Extensive experience with maintaining network and database security.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
