Responsibilities

  • Provide laptop and desktop support to all Keyssa personnel. (Windows and Mac)
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, security and performance of internal/corporate systems and networks.
  • Define, implement and manage all IT policies (consistent with corporate data security and trade secret policies)
  • Management of all IT related corporate vendor relationships.
  • Management of the exchange servers and users
  • Management of all corporate IS systems.
  • Provisioning and management of computer assets (Office, Exchange, anti-virus)
  • Provisioning and management of phone, conference and video systems.
  • Provisioning and management of network and VPN.
  • Implement and build Keyssa Intranet and secure customer portal
  • Hardware and software asset management, reporting and compliance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in an IT and user support role.
  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft office and exchange, Apple computers in an office environment, cloud-based file management software (Sharepoint, Dropbox), and VoIP technologies.
  • History of operating in a hands-on, fast-paced, high-growth technical environment.
  • Extensive experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Extensive experience with configuring corporate networks (WAN, LAN, WLAN).
  • Extensive experience with maintaining network and database security.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
