QA Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Product quality, Manage Customer Quality issues; establish and maintain customer relationships, lead and ensure closure on customer issues (RMA’s).
  • Review Supplier Quality, establish and maintain supplier relationships, provide supplier quality data feedback, develop supplier capability and ensure closure on supplier issues.
  • Troubleshooting and Failure Analysis of any product yield/quality issue at wafer fab, IC assembly, IC test, PCBA module, and system-level testing (ODM/OEM).
  • Collaborate with Hardware, IC and other Engineering teams in correlating failure issues seen in field versus debug efforts within the company
  • Support Apps, FAE/AE and Sales in Asia with Quality, operations and logistics issues.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

BS in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical), MS preferred

Experience Requirement:

  • 7+ years’ experience as a Manager highly preferred.
  • Experience in quality and manufacturing systems including SPC, TQM and customer/supplier management
  • Proven knowledge of industry standards (ISO9001, JEDEC, IPC)
  • Semiconductor industry (wafer fab, assembly, test) experience
  • Proven experience in taking RF-based hardware products to mass production is highly preferred
  • Failure and root cause analysis experience with IC’s, PCBA is a must. Debug experience with consumer-electronics-based electrical interface issues is desirable
  • Hands on RF Lab and bench testing experience (Scopes, Spectrum Analyzer, FPGA)
  • Good presentation, written and verbal skills
  • Ability to perform multi-tasks and good project management skills
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours
  • Strong data analysis and great attention to details
  • Experience with miniature mechanical parts and materials is a plus
  • ATE test experience is a plus
  • Start-up experience a plus
